Wrestlers attending this weeks events will be notified of meeting times,
additional information will be posted on the schedule as available.IMPORTANT NUTRITIONAL REMINDER
Please remember that wrestling meets are a full day event and it is important to keep our wrestlers hydrated and well nourished.  Concession stands are typically available, but do not always have the most nutritious offerings.  Suggested items to send with your wrestler include Water, Gatorade, Fruit, Granola Bars, Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches and any other healthy snack options.

 WINTER BREAK WRESTLING SCHEDULE

December 17th & 18th – Boys & Girls Tournaments – Coppell & Wylie

December 27th – 30th – Mandatory Practice 9am – 12pm

December 31st – Quad Scrimmage – LHS @ 10am

The Wrestling Booster Club will be hosting a concesion stand at the December 31st Quad Scrimmage at LHS.  The stand will sell limited offerings including Pizza and Soft Drinks and a few other snack items during the scrimmage and will likely only be open from 11 – 1. 
 
We are looking for volunteers to help work the stand as well as donate food and drink items.  Please respond at your earliest convenience if you can secure or provide donations, have access to discounts from local retailers, or are able to help work the day of the event.

The Booster Club is still trying to fill the Secretary Vacancy and is looking for candidates for the position.  The primary responsbility of the secrtary is to take minutes at each meeting and handles other miscelaneous duties and communications.  The only requirement to be eligible for the position is that you have a child that is active on the wrestling team.  If you are interested in volunteering, please respond to this e-mail.
